BANGALORE: Unfazed by the Karnataka HC's partial stay on the cola sale ban, the government on Tuesday maintained that "legal battle" will continue against the soft drink companies.
Health and family welfare minister R Ashok said the court has accorded government's main prayer to ban sale of colas in schools and colleges.
"It's a sort of victory for us. We want it to be banned in schools." The court on Monday, while allowing sale of soft drinks in hospitals and government offices, continued ban on colas in schools and colleges.
